Mazda of Georgetown

This past September I purchased a new vehicle from Mazda Georgetown, and I was very impressed with the professional and friendly demeanor of my sales consultant, Charles Turner. He made my new vehicle purchase a fun and relaxed process, was extremely knowledgable with regard to vehicle models and options, and I was able to leave as a happy customer and new Mazda owner. Recently my wife was looking to purchase a new vehicle and, after shopping around, she, too, was very impressed with both Charles Turner's traits, and Mazda's vehicles. 2 weeks ago, naturally, we decided to purchase our 2nd new vehicle from Charles and Mazda Georgetown. We are now both happy, loyal customers and wanted to share our stellar experience.

Top notch service, every time.

In Nov.09 after shopping numerous dealerships including Lexus, BMW and Mercedes, I ended up at Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown. I could not find one down side. With both the product and the dealership in general, all fronts were stellar. So after driving three different Lexus(es) I ended up in a Mazda 3 and have enjoyed the ride ever since. In addition to a great sales price, I really appreciate the nearly 35 mpg I get almost every tank. I researched the car first and found great reviews by Consumer Report, etc. The sales staff was a pleasure to work with, both in New Car Sales and Used. I was concerned about 'after the sale' service and found the staff is great, from Management to Parts to Service to Sales, all fronts have been top notch. I even brought my cash strapped college student daughter in who was also able to by a Mazda 3, all on her own. She found the same great service after the sale I did and been equally as pleased with the product. We have no complaints and after being with this dealership for two years since the sale, still plan to buy all our cars here. Many thanks!
