Thanks so much for making my recent Mazda purchase a great experience as well as a whole lot of fun. Although I was skeptical in approaching a car dealership for the first time in 13 years, your thorough knowledge of the product as well as your easy-going personality put me at ease in finding the right vehicle for me. I truly appreciate your willingness to get me a fair and reasonable deal on the new CX-9. Your manner was both personal and professional and was a huge factor in me choosing Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown. Thanks again for making the difference!

I would like Service Writer Curtis to get recognition for always being willing to go the extra mile for the customer. My last three cars were Lexuses and Curtis has exceeded their standards. Mazda Georgetown takes better care of the customer than I experienced at Lexus. I would also like to commend Shannon (I think that's his name but his shop nickname, Skeeter). He went over my 2010 Mazda 3 with a fine tooth comb. For that I am grateful and will remain a Mazda customer. Some people shop vehicle only which I did research Consumer Report and found great reviews about the '3' but what I am looking for is outstanding customer service department which I have found at Mazda Georgetown and have already brought in at least one other customer who also bought a Mazda 3. I'd also like to commend Garth Herro for being great to work with when considering a new Mazda - very professional, courteous and informative.

I bought a 2012 black Mazda 3 from your dealership on Wednesday. I just wanted to take a moment and thank you and your team for a wonderful car buying experience. I am extremely excited about my new car and I have you all to thank!
I also wanted to take a moment and mention my gratitude towards Rene Torner. I have very limited experience with car dealerships, but Rene Torner is by far the best car salesman I have ever come across. From the very first email response of my initial online inquiry he was courteous, professional, responsive, and straight to the point. I must admit that I contacted the other Roger Beasley Mazda dealership in central Austin, and Rene stood out as genuinely the more professional and passionate salesman. Although Mazda central said they would match any written offer and they are by far closer to my residence, I chose to visit your dealership solely because of my correspondence with Rene.
When I got to the dealership Rene was very patient with me as I struggled with trying to relearn how to drive a manual. I never sensed any frustration or impatience from him throughout the entire time I was at the dealership. What really stands out is that he came in on his day off to finish the sale and then even personally delivered the car to my house. If this is not going above and beyond for a customer, then I do not know what is. When I went to one of the Toyota dealerships around town, the salesman sighed in frustration when I unknowingly suggested a follow-up meeting that was on his day off. Needless to say I never went back there. My experience with Rene has been the polar opposite of that experience. I would like to sum up by saying that you have a fantastic salesman in Rene and I would like to again thank you and your dealership for a great car buying experience.

I recently bought a used mazda3 at Roger Beasley. I went in ready to just beat a deal out of someone and I spoke with Garth. He showed me the car and was super nice. No pressure. I left to do more research on a couple of other cars and came back because every dealership i went to the guy just wanted me to go inside and work a number...thats the fastest way to make me leave.I sat down to get my price with garth and it was a piece of cake. He even showed me where his price stood within 300 miles and it was number one. I knew he wasnt liying because i looked at a few on the list at local dealerships. I felt like kind of a jerk because I was rude at first but he was patient and just smiled and gave me the deal i wanted. Never had a salesman do that. There was no work involved. Just got the car i wanted at the price i wanted. Hope he sticks around. Dont want to buy a car from anyone else. And if your reading this Garth tell joe to get a new bench! LOL thanks buddy:)
